Thrivin came to us with a Shopify Plus store already live and trading, not a blank slate. As the business grew - eventually supporting around 4x growth - day-to-day operations needed to scale with it, without the team drowning in manual, repetitive work.
Rather than scoping a single project, we worked alongside the Thrivin team as their ongoing technology partner: identifying operational bottlenecks as they came up, automating what could be automated, and building the custom tooling a template app could not cover.
