01/ How quickly will you reply?

Within one business day, usually sooner. Enquiries that arrive over the weekend are answered on Monday morning IST.

02/ Do I need a finished brief?

No. A paragraph about the goal is enough to start. We will ask the questions that turn it into a scope, and there is no charge for that conversation.

03/ Can we meet in person?

Yes - you are welcome at the Vadodara studio during business hours. Let us know a day ahead so the right people are in.

04/ Do you work with clients outside India?

Most of our work is international. We keep overlapping hours with clients in the US, UK, Australia, Europe and around the globe, and run all delivery in English.

05/ What information helps most in the first message?

What you are building, what exists today, your rough timeline and any budget range you have in mind. Even approximate answers make our reply far more useful.

06/ Do you sign NDAs before a conversation?
